Kimberlie Ann (Robertson) Schnell passed away December 20, 2018 at her home with her family by her side. Kim was born April 23, 1957 in Kansas City, Kansas to Larry W. Robertson and Beverly (Barns) Wagner. Kim spent her years volunteering at the York Food Bank. She then worked at Blue River Meats in Crete, NE. She also worked as a department manager and associate at Walmart in Seward, NE for 10 plus years and Crete FoodMart. Kim’s passions were camping, spending time with friends and family, and taking care of her home and children.
Kim is survived by her husband, James Allen Schnell of 41 years of Dorchester, NE; daughters, Marie Wallis and husband Kenny of Maryland, Carrie Luzum and husband Kevin of Dorchester, NE, Amy Kemerling and husband Travis of Dorchester, NE, Tammy Lawrence and husband Tyler of Crete, NE; father, Larry Robertson of Beatrice, NE; brothers, Christopher Robertson and wife Dolly of South Carolina, Chuck Robertson and wife Bobbie of South Carolina. 12 grandchildren, Kenny Jr., Timmy, Madeline, Abigail, Lillian, Benny, Mackenzie, Kiahna, Clayton, Cabbott, Keith, and Jaxson.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Beverly Ann Wagner, stepfather, Keith Harland Wagner, mother-in-law, Jenny Schnell, father-in-law, Homer Schnell, brothers-in-law, Jerry Schnell and Jack Schnell, sister-in-law, Kathy Robertson.
Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Crete Riverside Cemetery. A reception will follow at the Crete Eagle’s Club. Memorials in lieu flowers in care of the family for a donation to be determined at a later time. Condolences may be left at trumpmemorials.com. Trump Funeral Services, 1600 West “O” Street, Lincoln are handling the arrangements.
Due to the pending inclement weather, family and friends will meet at the Eagles Club at 10:30 am, Saturday, January 19, 2019. A private family inurnment will take place at a later date.
Kim you will never know how much our friendship meant to me. I will cherish it for the rest of my life. You brought so much joy to my daycare kiddos with your visits..they loved you so much…

Kim I don’t know what to say, you were our life’s for so long. You mere six year when we first meet. Your Uncle Mike and I love being with. Was sad when you all moved to Nebraska but we still watch you grown into a beautiful women and mother. Enjoyed are trip up to see you all and when you came back home, you are at peace now and can rest but we will miss dearly. Give your Uncle Mike a kiss for me and let him know we still miss him each day, as we will you. Prayer to your family and know you will ne in our hearts forever.
So sorry to hear of my cousins passing. My deepest sympathy to her family and apologies that the weather prevented me from attending her visitation.
