Jacqueline M. Steiner, age 85, was called home to be with her Savior, our Lord Jesus Christ on June 21, 2020.  She was born October 28, 1934 to Henry and Esther Dormer in Havelock, NE.  She graduated from Lincoln Northeast High School where she was a majorette.  Jackie was deeply devoted to Christ and her family.  Her greatest joy was taking care of her family and watching them grow.  Large family gatherings took place at her home for family celebrations and holidays.  Jackie spent countless hours cooking and baking as she so enjoyed making sure that everyone had exactly what they wanted from cookies, candy, various breads, and yummy peanut butter fudge!  She always put her family before herself even when she was ill as she did not want anything to slow her down!

Left to cherish her memory is husband Clyde and children Nancy (Kenneth) Handy, Debbie Way, Robert (Lori) Pickel, Joe Pickel, Robert (Tammy) Schlamann Jr., and stepchildren Ernie Steiner, Jamie (Nancy) Steiner and Heather (Brian) Bowles, 30 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, and beloved pet Ginger.  Jackie was preceded in death by her parents, son-in-law Jim Way and grandaughter Amanda Terrell.
