Jillian and Cody, I am so sorry to learn of your Mom’s passing. We had a long history of knowing each other as we both attended Redfern School. We reconnected in Cozad and again about a year ago on Facebook. She was a sweet woman. It’s good knowing that she is with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She’s healed now and with Cherie and Duke. Praying for you and your family. Cindy
Tom and the rest of the family, i am so sorry for your loss. Marlee was truly one of my favorite customers at Natural Grocers – i always looked forward to seeing her every morning – she always brightened my day and i will miss seeing her so much.
Even though I can’t be with you tomorrow doesn’t mean I won’t be thinking of you all. Marlee was a very special, kind soul. I always enjoyed seeing photos of her backyard and how she decorated it. Farewell, my classmate.
To the family of Marlee – I am so sorry for your loss, and pray for your peace and comfort. Thinking of you as I would have like to attend her memorial today. Condolences above have described what a caring person she was. As a friend of Cherie’s – I loved the bond those two had with Marlee as her caregiver. Marlee knew Cherie’s needs and they laughed a lot together. Marlee was gifted in her care for others. Fond memories always, Ann Smith
I first met Marlee in Sept of 1966 after moving to Cozad from Colorado and the last time I saw Marlee was at the Class of 1969 10 year Reunion. Over the years we all think back on our Classmates and wonder how they are doing. From reading all the comments on this page, it sure sounds like Marlee was a Wonderful Mother and Friend and an Excellent Care Giver, which I think we all knew she would be with anything she tackled. Our 50 Year Class Reunion is coming up in September and I know our Classmates were hoping to see Marlee and her Husband at the Reunion. 50 Years fly by so fast and we know not when our time has expired and with Marlee it was much to soon. My Condolences go out to the entire extended Neuenburg Family. Willie Rutz – Class of 69
