Marleen Kay Redling, 72, went to be with her Lord on Friday, November 13, 2020 in Lincoln, NE. She was born in Lincoln, NE on February 6, 1948 to Daniel and Harriette (Hall) Fuss. Marleen attended Lincoln Southeast High School and right after high school met her forever sweetheart Francis E. Redling. They were married on July 9, 1966. They are blessed with 2 children, Brenda Kay Redling (Mark Campbell), Lincoln, and Aaron Eugene Redling (Leah Redling), Edmond, OK. Four grandchildren Dustin Kaiser, Riley Redling, Renae Redling and Rianna Redling.
Marleen is preceded in death by her parents and her brother Daniel Fuss Jr.
Marleen is survived by her husband Francis, daughter Brenda and son Aaron and spouses, grandchildren, 2 sisters Peggy Fuss, Edmond OK, and Kim and Myron Gerdes, Valparaiso, NE, brother in law Jerry Redling, Scottsdale, AZ, sister in law Gloria and Jim Oberender, Story City, IA, cousins and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Marleen’s life will be held on her birthday February 6, 2021 at Capital City Christian Church, 7800 Holdrege, Lincoln, NE.

Loved Marleen, so much! She loved Jesus, was so hospitable, kind had a contagious laugh! I remember spending New Year’s Eve at her house one year with some of the 56th & Vine CofC youth group. We played games a d had a great evening! She is safe in the arms of Jesus and I look forward to seeing her again one day.❤️ I pray for comfort and peace over Fran, Brenda, Aaron and the rest of her family as they face the days and months ahead.
