On Tuesday, August 31st, 2021, Gayland H. Seidel, loving husband and father of 3 daughters, passed away at the age of 76. Gayland was born February 16, 1945 to Roland & Mary Seidel of Lincoln. On May 12, 1965 Gayland married the love of his life, Tresha A. Coffin. They raised 3 daughters; Tresha G. Moorberg, Marsha K. & Jeff Frerichs, and Laura R. & Michael J. Conroy.
Gayland is a member of Ebenezer Congregational Church and many clubs; Sowers, Sesostris Shrine, American Legion, Masonic Ledge, and Eagle 147. He enjoyed NASCAR racing, bowling, fishing, golfing, and camping with family and dog Lucy. Gayland, AKA ” The Mayor”, enjoyed having a cold one with many friends at The Old Pub.
Gayland is survived by wife, Tresha, 3 daughters, 5 grandchildren, 1 great-grandson, cousins, and 1 sister, George Ann Seidel. He is proceeded in death by his mother and father.
