So very sorry for your loss. Your mom was in the volleyball world. I did not realize she was your mom. You are both beautiful people. Love this photo of her. Prayers and loving thoughts for you, your sisters, and the family.
I love you forever. My Momchick, My best friend, My rock, My heart… you will be forever missed. I’m so glad I have a part of you with me forever. Until we see each other again…. I love you forever.
She was a great hostess for Roxi and Jeff’s wedding Truly enjoyed the Christmas candid ♥️♥️♥️
I worked with Karen many years ago at K-Mart. She had contacted me later in life and enjoyed talking to her. She did a genealogy search for me and sent it to ! I was so surprised and will be forever grateful! Sending prayers and thoughts for your family. She was special!
I was one of many volley ball buddies of Karen’s while she was in Colorado. We all so enjoyed playing with her and knowing her. Won’t forget the Christmas ‘goodies’ she always shared. Also, she did a genealogy search for me that was totally amazing. So sad she did not get to enjoy her new home but very happy she was able to return to Nebraska and to family before passing. Thoughts and prayers to Roxi and all of her family.
Karen was my first volleyball friend when I started playing in Thornton a few years ago. She made me feel so welcome and we quickly became good friends. We shared our lives with each other and she even showed me how to make her famous peanut brittle one Christmas. I coordinated her going-away celebration and she was so moved by the attendance, it brought her to tears. I missed her so much after she moved but I was happy she was near her family. She called me a few months ago to check in and said she was looking forward to moving into her new home. She’ll always be my volleyball friend. Wishing her family the PEACE and COMFORT only God can provide.
Karen will always be remembered by her volleyball family here in Colorado! Her kindness and soft spoken ways made everyone feel welcome! She will be missed!
I also played volleyball with Karen for a number of years in Colorado. She was always enjoyable to be around both on and off the court. We were all sorry to see her leave but happy for her because she was looking forward to being with her family.
My thoughts and prayers are with Karen’s family. Hopefully, keeping all the good memories of her in your heart will help to ease your loss.
