Dorothy D. Duling, age 94, Raymond, passed away January 14, 2022. She was born to Bion and Ethel (Barker) Dill on May 12, 1927 in Lincoln.
Dorothy, a new bride, in 1946, moved to the farm located in rural Raymond, with her husband for life, Norman. No one loved the farm any more than Dorothy, where she raised her three children and over the years turned an old farm house into a lovely home that she loved dearly. She was able to enjoy a lovely flower garden which she could sit out on the porch and look out over the fields on nice summer days. When her children were older Dorothy found a new passion, working with people at Lancaster Manor nursing home. In this job Dorothy truly found happiness working with patients and staff where, working in the recreation department, she and her co-workers brought happiness to many.
Dorothy is survived by her sons Dennis and Pat, Raymond; Granddaughter Melinda (Jay) Duling-Bentz, Eagle; Grandson, Charles Tapee, California; Daughter-in-law Caren Marcoe, Alvo.

Dorothy was a terrific woman! I admired her spirit and friendly demeanor. Dorothy was loyal, lead by example and worked hard at each endeavor she participated in. I will miss her and her lovely smile.
