      Pamela Jo Hier, age 58, passed away January 5th, 2023, in Lincoln Nebraska. She was born September 14, 1964 to Everett and Dorothy (Underwood) Hier in Crete, Nebraska.  She attended St. James School, graduated from Crete High School, attended Nancy Bounds modeling school, and then went on to earn an Associates Degree in business from SCC.
      Pam was a free spirit, loved camping, nature, the out of doors, and loved to travel. She had various jobs, but her true calling was her job as a vet tech at the Pet Doctor, and later at Animal Haven Pet Hospital. In later years, after her health declined, she helped with several animal rescue groups. She was an avid animal lover, and sometimes said that she like animals better then people.
      She is preceded in death by her fiance and love of her life, John Helmbrecht, parents, grandparents, numerous aunts and uncles.
      She is survived by siblings, Trish Spanjer (Gregg Sliwka) La Quinta, CA, Dave (Kim) Hier, Lake Havasu City, AZ, Rose Marie (Henry) Kleineweber, Crete, NE, nieces, Jessica (Brandon) Koopman, Arvada, CO, Tiffany (Troy) Renk, Cassie Hier, Jenny Kleineweber, (Dustin), Nicole Kleineweber all of Lincoln NE, Michelle (Michael) Wile, Kansas City, MO, and Jacy Lynn, Ogden, UT,  great nieces & nephews Aubrey, Bailey & Hayden Koopman, Arvada, CO, Brenna & Maggie Renk, Iliyana,Odalee & Lyta Dightman, & Enrique Abarca, all Lincoln NE, Dottie & Carlie Wile, & Anthony Cambronero Kleineweber all of Kansas City, MO, Mathew Humphries, Ogden, UT and her two fur babies Loco and Bella.
      A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, June 17, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at Cooper Park, 600 “D” Street, Lincoln.  Casual dress requested.  Condolences may be left at trumpmemorials.com.  Trump Funeral Services, 1600 West “O” Street, Lincoln.
