Shirley Jean Dolezal, age 79, Lincoln, passed away June 12, 2024. She was born in David City on November 5, 1944 to Vladimir and Antonia (Bohac) Dolezal. Shirley was the owner of Dolezal Antique and Household Appraisals. She is survived by her sister LaVerne Ehrlich, brother and sister-in-law Adolph (Junior) and Diane Wotipka, and sister-in-law JoAnn Dolezal. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Donald, Dennis and David, brother-in-law Fred Ehrlich, fur babies Buffy and Scout.
Funeral Services will be 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at Trump Funeral Services, 1600 West “O” Street, Lincoln. A Rosary will be held at 10:00 a.m. prior to services. Interment will be in St. Anthony’s Catholic Cemetery, Bruno. Condolences may be left at trumpmemorials.com. Memorials in care of Lincoln Humane Society.
Shirley was a bridesmaid in my wedding 57 years ago. We were great friends in those days but lost contact in recent years. It makes me so sad that she has now passed on. My condolences to her family.
Shirley and i were good friends in high school and we were roommates when we graduated! Many fun times were had.so sad to hear of her passing.
