Jeanette Jane Bargman, age 56, of Bennet, formerly of Crete was born January 15, 1961 in Lincoln and passed away unexpectedly on February 18, 2017 at her home in Bennet.
She is survived by her three sisters, Janice (Roger) Znamenacek of Bennet, Mona (Dan) Heusinkvelt of Crete, and Lisa Bargman Safar of Crete. Her two brothers, Dennis (Sue) Bargman of Crete, and Randy (Deb Luzum) Bargman of Crete. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, and many friends; Aunts, Delores (Bob) Wilke, Millie Lance, LaVerne Hyde, Dorothy Carver, and Vicki Dierking. Jeanette was preceeded in death by her son, Bryan, parents, Elmer and Bonnie (Stern) Bargman, grandparents, brother, Rick, and great nephew, Joseff.
Jeanette started her working career at age 16. She owned and operated JD’s Bar in Crete for over 12 years. She loved her customers and cooked many great holiday meals for them. Her recent job was at Bennet Elementary School in the cafeteria until health problems prevented her from working. She enjoyed her job and loved seeing the kids. Jeanette was a loving and giving woman, she had such a passionate heart. She was a great cook and loved to bake for her family and friends. Her great nieces and nephews loved her Oreo fluff. Jeanette will be dearly missed by many.
A Celebration Of Life will be held Sunday, March 5, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at the Sprague-Martell Community Center. Condolences may be left at trumpmemorials.com. Trump Funeral Services, 1600 West “O” Street, Lincoln are handling the arrangements.

I am so sorry for Jeanette’s family. I have known her for a long time and she was always kind and giving. At Christmas she always would cook food for JD’s so people with no place to go would have a place for a nice meal. She will be missed by many. My thoughts and prayers with all of you.
