Leon Elvis Reeder Jr., age 64, Beatrice, NE, formerly Colorado Springs, CO, passed away December 27, 2025 in Lincoln, NE. He was born October 9, 1961 in Colorado Springs, CO to Virginia and Leon Reeder Sr. In his early years he loved wood working, painting cars, racing and was a jack of all trades. Leon will be remembered for his heart of gold and always willing to lend a hand even if he struggled.  He wanted everyone to be happy and to smile. His current passion was detailing cars. Leon loved his dog and often took better care of him than himself.

Leon is survived by his sister and special friend, Cherrie Doggett and David Voorhees, Belleville, KS, brother and sister-in-law, Frank and Missi Reeder, Portsmouth, VA; fiancee, Brenda Warren, Topeka, KS; brother-in-law, Terry Rhoads; sister-in-law, Lorie Reeder, Youngstown, OH; step-daughter and spouse, Brandey and Tucker, Oslo, Norway; his dog, Deeoge and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Virgina and Leon Reeder Sr.; his sisters and brother-in-law, Pam Rhoads, Phyliss and Jerry; Brother, Mike Reeder; and his late wife Trish Reeder.
